What associations do you have with summer? The first thing that comes to mind is nature, which begins to delight us with a riot of colors. Together with the word nature, an associative array is built - sun, warmth, freshness, greens, ripe berries, delicious fruits, juicy vegetables. Summer is a time of inspiration, a time of beauty.

The menu of our restaurant is seasonal, this summer the update turned out to be really special: it included new dishes and already favorite hits. When creating the summer menu, Art-Caviar chef Igor Kazakov was inspired by nature, went out of town, talked with farmers, collected fresh herbs, selected combinations and thought out the concept. Igor Kazakov notes: “You have to take everything from summer! I want the guests to taste our dishes to be able to realize the moment of the coming of summer ”.

What dishes are waiting for you on the summer menu?

  • Scallops with baby peas, fresh raspberries, lemon marmalade, tom yang sauce and lemon balm.
  • Okroshka with smoked sturgeon and deep-sea algae, young radish, greenhouse cucumber, dill, egg, gel from rich sturgeon broth. Okroshka is cooked on kefir with a low percentage of fat, with the addition of creamy horseradish and French mustard.
  • Another fresh and summer meal - chilled tuna, white crispy asparagus, pickled apple with lime, lemon marmalade, pan-Asian dressing.
